Since 2017 European Athletics’ Development department has been serving as the World Athletics Area Development Centre for Europe (ADC Europe).

ADC Europe is located at the House of European Athletics, Avenue Louis Ruchonnet 16, CH-1003 Lausanne, Switzerland. A team of four members – Sylvain Jolliet as Administration and Development Director as well as Anne-Flore Angot, Liese Schroven and Dania Reber as Development Coordinators – delivers European Athletics' development strategy in coordination with the Development Commission lead by Karin Grute Movin as Commission Chair.

ADC Europe funding is contributing to the overall European Athletics development strategy, and its programmes and projects that serve to 51 member federations in Europe.
