The 36th Osaka Women’s Marathon, an IAAF Silver Label Road Race, is one of four qualifying races to select the Japanese team for the IAAF World Championships London 2017, so much of the attention will be directed towards the domestic field on Sunday (29).

Bahrain’s Shitaye Eshete will be looking to break up the Japanese dominance of the Osaka Women’s Marathon when she competes at the IAAF Silver Label Road Race on January 29.

With 13 men featuring personal bests of below 2:10, the 31st Vienna City Marathon will see its best elite field in the history of the race when the gun goes on this IAAF Gold Label Road Race on Sunday (13).
