MonteCarloIn the year that sees the International Association of Athletics Federations celebrate its Centenary, the IAAF is happy to offer all athletics fans around the world the unique chance to take part in an online contest to determine the official poster of the IAAF World Athletics Day.
The IAAF World Athletics Day was created back in 1996 with the aim of having the global family of Athletics get together and each of the IAAF Member Federations organize a competition in all the countries of the world on the same day.
For the first time in the history of the IAAF World Athletics Day and coinciding with the celebrations of the Association’s Centenary you are now given the opportunity to become the designer of the WAD poster.
Use your imagination and draw your best interpretation of the World Athletics Day combined with the IAAF 100 years’ anniversary. The contest is open to candidates of all ages and all countries.
The best drawing will be selected and become the official image of the 2012 IAAF World Athletics Day.
