Olympic 4x100m bronze medallists lead Canada’s team for IAAF/BTC World Relays Bahamas 2017

Athletics Canada has named 23 athletes to the team that will compete at the IAAF/BTC World Relays Bahamas 2017 on April 22-23.

With 12 Olympians on the squad, Canada will field teams in the men’s and women’s 4x100m, 4x200m and 4x400m.

Athletes of note include triple Olympic medal-winner Andre De Grasse and his 4x100m bronze medal-winning teammates from Rio: Brendon Rodney, Aaron Brown, Akeem Haynes and Bolade Ajamole.

The women’s team features Olympians Crystal Emmanual, Farah Jacques, Carline Muir, Alicia Brown and Noelle Montcalm.
