Strike your own relay pose and win Asics kit

In the countdown to the IAAF/BTC World Relays Bahamas 2017, we want to see the best relay team poses from athletics fans around the world.

The poses athletes strike as they step out on to the track has in recent years become synonymous with the IAAF World Relays. The first two editions of the event featured some memorable formations and routines from the world’s top relay nations, but can you do better?

Team up with your friends, family or training partners and take a photo or video of your unique relay pose. Post it on Twitter using the hashtag #StrikeARelayPose by 23 April 2017 and tag @iaaforg to let us know. Teams must be composed of four members and can be all-male, all-female or mixed -- the choice is yours.

We will then select two winning entries with each member from the best teams receiving a kit from ASICS that includes a T-shirt, waist pouch, arm shell and shoe bag, plus three months of free GO service for the ASICS running app, Runkeeper.
