Between July 30 and August 1st 2004, Sherbrooke, Canada will move to the rhythm of the 3rd NACAC Under 23 Track & Field Championships.
During the championships the province of Quebec will greet 400 athletes aged between 20 and 23 coming from some 30 countries of North America, Central America and Caribbean
